		<description><![CDATA[Senator Scott Ludlam, a member of the Australian Parliament from the Green party, has been asking the government some pointed questions about the health and environmental effects of uranium mining. Sen. Ludlam has emerged as an outspoken critic of Australian uranium exports to other countries, including India and the United States.
